They trumpet a farm-to-table strategy and I think it's working for them. Promising new new haven restaurant, though it is all relative - not a lot of bold flavors or food choices. The burger, however: delicious.
You can do a lot worse for a hotel in downtown new haven but you can't do better. Predictably pricey for this town, however.

This is my coffee place in town. Don't come here to sit and eat their corn muffins - seating space and delicious muffins are both valuable here and under-supplied
