Tasty, healthy breakfasts--coconut quinoa porridge is great. Servers were a little scattered and inattentive, but friendly.

The line can be a little long, but the coffee (and chocolate chip cookies) are worth the wait!

Indoor fireplace, huge range of beers (including sours and ciders) and great snacks. I highly recommend the soft pretzel with maple-sriracha dipping sauce! Great atmosphere; good for a date or a night out with friends.

Incredible selection of authentic Italian pastries. Been in business since 1894. The cannoli and sfogliatelle are excellent, as is the struffoli!

In the top three best brunches of my life. If you go, get the chicken and waffles. They come with a honey Cholula sauce and creme fraiche. They are heaven on a plate. The Bloody Mary looks good, but is average. But get the waffles. Get them.

  • Vanessa's Dumpling House

Quick, cheap, and delicious. Went with my aunt and cousin and got 24 dumplings, two soups, and three appetizers for $25. Very crowded and busy - possibly cash only?

  • Peter Pan Donut & Pastry Shop

    User 867

    Lindsey Smith

The best donuts I've ever had. They have delicious cinnamon rolls too and good coffee. Nothing is overwhelmingly sugary (sweet but not too sweet - just how I like it) and everything is cheap! Definitely worth the trip (and you can check out Beacon's Closet and Spritzenhaus just around the corner while you're in the neighborhood).

Hipster consignment paradise. A little overwhelming, but full of good finds. Pricier than your traditional thrift store

Beautiful little park in the heart of Fort Greene! Tennis courts, basketball courts, bbqs, a multipurpose field, lots of lawn and open space, and these excellent stairs for running up and down :-)
