Daiwa Sushi - one of the more famous sushi places in Tsukiji, a few doors down from the other, Sushi Dai. Come early in the morning after the tuna auction, be prepared for a wait. Hokkaido uni, aji, bonito were fantastic (ikura, not so much). Tomo-San is also a character.
