Nestled at the top of a flight of stairs in the back of the impossibly hip Blagden Alley, this new bar turns out the finest fancy cocktails in town. Serious sippers should head to the back Tasting Room (tickets required!), where there’s an omakase cocktail menu (yes, that’s a real thing) of three to five seasonal drink courses, paired with snacks.
