    Franco Pepe calls himself a "modern artisan", but his dough tasted the most authentic and timeless (read "best") out of any I had in Naples. First time I had chick peas on a pizza. La "ceci delle colline caiatine" as named on the menu. I also hear the "mozzarella sbagliata" is a must eat.
