Was told by a Parisian that they make the best chocolate croissant outside of Paris. Amazing hot chocolate (some single-origin) and cute chocolate mice.
Want to go for all the ice cream - especially some matcha soft serve on a warm day. Photo via @bostonfoodies (Instagram).
Burnt caramel.
Luke highly recommends the cannoli. Maria Tucker says they fill their cannoli to order, unlike Mike's. Photo via @keneatsgainesville (Instagram).
Better than the more famous Mike's Pastry across the street because the cannoli are filled to order.
Arguably the best sandwiches in Boston (especially the breakfast ones). Avoid the drip coffee.
Over-hyped. Lobster roll is meh at best. Oysters not properly cleaned. Skip the line.
No-frills contender for Boston's best lobster roll
DUMPLINGS
Yummy Peruvian Italian in the north end :)
Excellent seafood.
Have heard great things about the burger.
Want to go.
Excellent Mediterranean tapas. Fantastic cocktails.
Great brunch, especially the pastries (go early for the best selection. Awesome Bloody Mary.
Not as good as Modern, but good if you need to bring someone a gift from Boston :)
Thursday's, Friday's, & Saturday's. Yuppie crowd.
Tea!
Best donuts in Boston. Used to drive 40 min to Saugus for these...
Best waffles of my life. All about the liege waffle
Great (and extremely well-priced) lunch. Locally sourced.
My favorite restaurant in Boston. Don't miss the smoked uni, quail egg, caviar spoon. Get the omakase the first time; come back for a la carte.
One of Boston's best brunches
Alcoholic bubble tea! Try the Taro with Irish cream.
All about the inventive nigiri. Sit at the bar.
Not the best place for a first date (or is it?)
My favorite bar in Boston. No cocktail list - bartenders improvise based on your preferences. Love the whiskey smash. Burger is great but sells out.
Can be salty, but so good. Corn is divine. Sweetbreads also good. No reservations!
Easily the best bakery in Boston.
These are good!
Solid
Great for breakfast (shakshuka). These keep popping up around the city.
